Sumptuous decor and a comfortable four-poster bed made for a luxurious experience. The owner was exceptionally friendly, and the well-prepared breakfast featured organic ingredients served on nice crockery. While the two large dogs initially concerned me, they turned out to be friendly and added to the charm. Navigating the mood lighting in the room was a minor challenge, but it didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Decent-sized rooms with character and unique decor. Free on-street parking makes it easy for those traveling by car.
Finding the place can be a challenge. there's no sign indicating it’s a B&B, and the gates are locked upon arrival. The rooms are quite dark, making it hard to ensure you've packed everything. Light bulbs were missing in the bathroom, the shower tray had a much-needed repair, and the extractor fan wasn't functioning well. While clean, it felt like a deep clean was overdue due to dust and cobwebs in some corners. Wi-Fi strength varied significantly. it was weak in the room but acceptable elsewhere. A friendly dog roaming during meals was a bit of a distraction for me, though some might appreciate the canine companion.
